The Hyg Lounge armchair from Normann Copenhagen is shaped like a warm hug, conveying the typical Danish feeling of hygge: safety, warmth and comfort. Created by designer Simon Legald, the armchair features an inviting silhouette, voluminous shape and slim swivel frame.

The high side sections provide a slight shield from the surroundings, and the wide, soft seats can be used to make yourself comfortable in a variety of seating positions – whether reading in the bedroom or lounging in the living room.

Aluminum frame and virgin wool

Norman Copenhagen manufactures the Hyg Lounge chair from an aluminum frame and a seat shell reinforced with steel. The upholstery is covered with a fabric from the manufacturer Camira, which is made of soft virgin wool.
