The J41 chair is originally part of the chair collection produced by FDB, which was designed by Børge Mogensen back in 1933. Like the classic collection, the reproduction now reissued by Hay is characterized by functional, architectural design with refined details.

Fanned out backrest made of rods

With its fanned-out backrest and widely spaced rods, the chair is reminiscent of the traditional Windsor chairs, creating elegant accents that are nevertheless timeless enough to blend into any setting. Stylishly reduced without neglecting the classic elements, the chair is now once again a popular piece of seating furniture with borrowings from another era.

Comfortable seat

The combination of a wide backrest and a wide seat provides a pleasant comfort. Placed in several at the dining table, at the desk or individually decorative in the hallway, the J41 chair convinces and becomes a great eye-catcher in any case. The chair is available in different lacquer finishes, which can be wonderfully combined with each other.

The chairs of the J series are suitable exclusively for private use. Use in public spaces is not recommended.
