Børge Mogensen

Børge Mogensen (1914-1972) was one of the most important and influential figures in Danish furniture design. Almost everyone in Denmark has encountered his designs – from the well-known modern FDB furniture of the 1940s to countless classics that have furnished both homes and public spaces in Denmark since World War II.

His designs feature a recurring theme of simple lines, solid wood surfaces and soft, cupped cordovan leather. Modern look and functionality with a significant history.
