Console Table with Classic Table Trestle Base

The Arco console table from Design House Stockholm is part of a series by Chuck Mack that grew from an idea of classic table trestles and bases. The solid table trestles evolved into writing and dining tables, which are now complemented by the console table and a side table.

The tables are equipped with unusual legs that can carry heavy loads just like the trestle tables. Just like its larger predecessors, the console table is easy to place and serves as a practical storage unit in the hallway, bedroom or living room. The table also fits in wonderfully as a desk in the study or children’s room thanks to its narrow dimensions.

Made of oak wood available in different colours

The idea is simple and functional, and builds on Chuck Mack’s development of traditional joinery frames used by cabinetmakers to adjust the height of their work desks. The console table is made of oak wood and is available in various colors.
